Subletting Obligations. 1. In accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, from the Start-Up Date and throughout the term of this Contract, the SHIPPER shall be entitled to have Natural Gas transported through the TAG Pipeline System using the Sublet Hourly Flow Rate as per Article 4 below, according to Article 5 below.
