Subleased Premises and Term. Subject to the written consent of Master Landlord and other conditions expressly set forth in this Sublease, Sublandlord hereby subleases the Subleased Premises to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby subleases the Subleased Premises from Sublandlord, upon and subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions herein set forth, for a term (the “Term”) commencing on the earlier of (i) the date on which Subtenant first enters and occupies the Subleased Premises or any part thereof or (ii) April 1, 2004; provided that if the Master Landlord’s Consent to this Sublease is delivered after April 1, 2004, the Sublease Commencement Date shall be the date on which such Consent is delivered to Subtenant unless this Sublease is terminated pursuant to Article 27 hereof (the “Sublease Commencement Date”) and ending on February 28, 2009 (the “Expiration Date”), unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Sublease. All references in the Master Lease to “Commencement Date” shall be deemed to refer to the “Sublease Commencement Date” for purposes of this Sublease. Subtenant shall have the right to early entry into the Subleased Premises for fit-up purposes upon receipt of Master Landlord’s consent to this Sublease. During such early entry Subtenant shall pay no Base Rent or Additional Rent, except for the cost of utilities and the cost to repair any damage caused by Subtenant or its Agents. The Indemnity provisions of Section 8 of this Sublease shall be applicable to any such early entry by Subtenant. Subtenant shall not be entitled to any fitup period unless the Master Landlord provides its Consent to this Sublease prior to April 1, 2004, the scheduled Sublease Commencement Date, and the failure of the Master Landlord to provide its Consent prior to such Date shall not entitle Subtenant to extend the Sublease Commencement Date in order to fit up the Subleased Premises.
Subleased Premises and Term. Subject to the written consent of Master Landlord and other conditions precedent expressly set forth in this Sublease, Sublandlord hereby subleases the Subleased Premises to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby rents the Subleased Premises from Sublandlord, upon and subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions herein set forth, for a term (the “Term”) commencing on _June 5, 2018, (the “Sublease Commencement Date”) and ending on _June 29, 2021 (the “Expiration Date”).
Subleased Premises and Term. Subject to the written consent of Master Landlord and Original Tenant, and other conditions precedent expressly set forth in this Sublease, Sublandlord hereby subleases the Subleased Premises to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby rents the Subleased Premises from Sublandlord, upon and subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions herein set forth, for a term (the “Term”) commencing on November 25, 2019, (the “Sublease Commencement Date”) and ending on June 28, 2021 (the “Expiration Date”). For purposes of any parking, Subtenant shall receive the rights associated with the Subleased Premises as set forth in the Master Lease.
Subleased Premises and Term. Sublandlord hereby subleases the Subleased Premises to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby leases and takes the Subleased Premises from the Sublandlord, upon and subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions herein set forth, for a term (the “Term”) commencing on July 7, 2005 (the “Commencement Date”) and continuing, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Sublease, until December 14, 2013 (the “Expiration Date”);
Subleased Premises and Term. Subject to the provisions of this Sublease, Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby takes and hires from Sublandlord, a portion of the Leased Premises consisting of approximately 93,560 rentable square feet, as set forth on the floor plans annexed hereto as Exhibit ▇-▇, ▇-▇ and B-3 (the "Subleased Premises"), for a term (the "Term") commencing February 1, 1999 (the "Commencement Date") and expiring on December 31, 2005 (the "Expiration Date").
Subleased Premises and Term. Sublandlord hereby subleases to Subtenant, and Subtenant hereby subleases from Sublandlord the premises shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes containing approximately 24,820 rentable square feet (the “Subleased Premises”) for a term commencing the earlier of (i) Subtenant’s conduct of business in the Subleased Premises, or (ii) thirty (30) days following full execution and delivery of this Sublease (the “Commencement Date”) and ending August 30, 2013 (the “Expiration Date”) unless the term is earlier cancelled or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Sublease (the “Term”). Sublandlord and Subtenant shall execute a memorandum setting forth the actual Commencement Date of the Term in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Subleased Premises and Term. In consideration of the rents, covenants and agreements in this Sublease to be paid, observed and performed by the Subtenant, the Sublandlord leases to the Subtenant, and the Subtenant leases from the Sublandlord, the Subleased Premises for a term commencing on July 1, 2014 (the "Commencement Date") and expiring on January 30, 2017 (the "Term").
