Subdivision Name Clause Samples
Subdivision Name. The owner shall submit correspondence from the County Surveyor approving the subdivision name. County Surveyor signature on the plat shall also demonstrate compliance.
Subdivision Name. Seller shall have the right to change the name of the proposed Subdivision prior to entering into a binding purchase agreement with Prospective Purchaser.
Subdivision Name. The proposed name of the subdivision shall not duplicate or too closely approximate phonetically the name of any other subdivision in the area covered by these regulations. The Planning Commission shall have the authority to designate the name of the subdivision, which shall be determined during Preliminary Plat approval.
