Subcontractor/Vendor Requirements. Landlord and Tenant shall require that all of its Contractors (i) provide general liability and automobile insurance coverage in commercially reasonable form and amounts reasonably acceptable to Landlord and Tenant, and naming Landlord and Tenant as additional insureds; and (ii) expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold Landlord and Tenant harmless from and against any costs, claims or liability arising out of work performed or services provided by such Contractor, regardless of whether such Contractor performs work or services directly for Landlord or Tenant or for another Contractor.
