Subcontractor Obligations. In the event Subcontractor shall fail to perform any act or to make any payments required to perform any act or to make any payments required of it hereunder, Contractor may, at its option, but without obligation on its part to do so, perform such act or make such payment and Subcontractor shall reimburse Contractor for the cost thereof, on demand.
