Subcontractor Interest. CONTRACTOR shall pay interest to all subcontractors on all amounts owed by the CONTRACTOR that remains unpaid after seven days following receipt by the CONTRACTOR of payment from COUNTY for work performed by the subcontractors under AGREEMENT, except for amounts withheld as allowed above.
