Common use of Subcontractor Fees Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Fees. Subcontractor shall be paid an administrative fee of five percent (5%) staff, materials, and expense costs (less contingency) for this Agreement. These fees are to offset costs associated with the coordination of the work, community engagement and outreach, and other administrative areas not otherwise defined.
