Common use of Subcontractor Agreements Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Agreements. ACS will provide to Symetra copies of all agreements between ACS and its Subcontractors related to the performance of this Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days after such contracts are executed by ACS and its Subcontractors.
