Common use of Subcontracting Clause in Contracts

Subcontracting. It is understood and agreed that if all or any part of the operations is subcontracted, such subcontracting done by PURCHASER shall in no way relieve PURCHASER of any responsibility under this contract. PURCHASER shall notify STATE in writing of the names and addresses of each subcontractor prior to the commencement of any contract work by the subcontractor.
