Subcontracting Services. During the term of this agreement, the employer will not subcontract if it has the effect of denying current employees the number of hours of work available to the employees at the time of the execution of the agreement. The ½ time Grounds and Fields position will be excluded from this language. All subcontracting must meet current State and Federal statutes.
