Subcontracting Services. Provider shall be entitled, to the extent determined appropriate by Provider, to subcontract any portion of services to be performed under this Agreement. Provider shall be responsible to City for the actions of persons and firms performing subcontracted services. The subcontracting of services by Provider shall not relieve Provider, in any manner, of the obligations and requirements imposed upon Provider by this Agreement.
