Subcontracting Plan. If the Design-Builder is required by law to subcontract under this Contract, it must submit a Subcontracting Plan in accordance with D.C. Official Code § 2-218.46 (d). The Subcontracting Plan may only be amended with the prior written approval of the Contracting Officer (CO) and Director of DSLBD. Any reduction in the dollar volume of the subcontracted portion resulting from an amendment of the Subcontracting Plan shall inure to the benefit of the District.
