Subcontract Work. 1.1 Subcontractor shall be contracted as an independent contractor and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, services, supervision, and administration necessary for the proper and complete performance and acceptance of the following portions of the Work for the Work Site(s): [Edit underlined part above to comply with the individual subcontractor’s services]
Subcontract Work a. Subcontractor agrees to furnish all labor, supervision, safety protection, insurance, materials, fixtures, equipment, tools, supplies, other property and services necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner and in strict compliance with the Subcontract Documents, including but not limited to all of the work and services (herein termed “Subcontract Work”) described in the Scope of Subcontract Work, Subcontractor pre-award meeting, and on the Exhibits identified below which are attached and incorporated as part of this Subcontract by reference:
Subcontract Work. The Employer agrees it will not subcontract work performed by Guild members to non- Guild personnel without the written agreement of the Guild. As of ratification of this contract, the Guild agrees that pre-employment background investigations may be contracted to outside vendors at the discretion of the Chief.
Subcontract Work. The prerogative of the Employer to retain and exercise the management rights. contained in this Article shall be restricted only to the extent this Agreement specifically and expressly provides. ARTICLE4
Subcontract Work. Subcontractor agrees to furnish and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, services and everything necessary for completion of the Subcontract Work in accordance with the Contract Documents and the best standards of the construction industry in the city where the Project is located. The Subcontract Work includes items omitted from the Contract Documents if they are required by applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, if they are inferable from the intent of the Contract Documents or if they are necessary to produce the intended results. The Subcontract Work also includes any engineering, design services, or professional certifications specifically required by the Contract Documents or otherwise required for Subcontractor’s proper performance of the Subcontract Work. Subcontractor shall furnish all engineering, design services or professional certifications by qualified persons properly licensed where required by applicable law or the Contract Documents. Contractor shall be entitled to rely on the adequacy, accuracy and completeness of any designs, calculations and certifications furnished by or through Subcontractor. Contractor, or its designees, shall be the owner of all property rights relating to such engineering, design services and professional certifications. Work for the Subcontract Sum on or before the Completion Date. Subcontractor shall not deviate from the Contract Documents or make substitutions without specific written approval by Contractor.
Subcontract Work. 2.1 Scope of work. Subcontractor shall be employed as an independent contractor and shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, services, facilities, supervision, and administration necessary for the proper and complete performance and acceptance of the following portions of the work, hereinafter “the Subcontract Work”, for The Project: SEE EXHIBIT A. The Contractor reserves no control over the Subcontractor as to how the services involved on this Subcontract should be performed, except otherwise stated herein. The Subcontractor’s obligation is to accomplish the results contemplated by the Subcontract Documents. The Subcontractor acknowledges that it is a business customarily engaged in an independent trade, occupation, profession, or business related to the services contemplated by this Subcontract.

Subcontract Work. To the extent terms of the agreement between Owner and Contractor (prime agreement) apply to the work of Subcontractor, Contractor assumes toward Subcontractor all obligations, rights, duties, and redress that Owner assumes toward Contractor. In an identical way, Subcontractor assumes toward Contractor all obligations, rights, duties, and redress that Contractor assumes toward Owner and others under the prime agreement. In the event of conflicts or inconsistencies between provisions of this Agreement and the prime agreement, this Agreement shall govern. Subcontractor shall perform Subcontract Work under the general direction of Contractor and shall cooperate with Contractor so Contractor may fulfill obligations to Owner. Subcontractor shall provide Subcontract Work for the project in accordance with the Progress Schedule to be prepared by Contractor after consultation with Subcontractor, and as it may change from time to time. Subcontractor shall give timely notices to authorities pertaining to Subcontract Work and shall be responsible for all permits, fees, licenses, assessments, inspections, testing and taxes necessary to complete Subcontract work. It is understood and agreed that subcontractor may not be privy to the contract documents governing Contractor's projects and will rely on Contractor's representations and warranties as respects the suitability of services and materials provided by Subcontractor when ordered and specified by Contractor in any purchase order. It is the Contractor's responsibility to notify Subcontractor of potential conflicts with any prime contract and Subcontractor's intended scope of work. Subcontractor's quotation/proposal with pricing, scope of work and terms and conditions of providing quoted services and/or materials shall be attached to and be a part of each purchase order defining Subcontractor's work under this Agreement. Work completed by Subcontractor on a rental basis wherein Subcontractor provides operated and maintained equipment to perform Contractor's Work shall be under Contractor's direct supervision and control. Subcontractor’s proposal #(To Be Determined) is a part hereof and attached as "Exhibit A."
Subcontract Work. PWOs subcontracted IAW with the Contractor’s purchasing system where three (3) independent offers are obtained and the low offer is accepted will not require a detailed cost estimate unless specifically requested by the Government. Work, which the Contractor proposes to subcontract, shall be identified in the estimate. Information, documentation and calculation required for subcontract work is the same as that required for work to be performed by the Contractor's work force.
Subcontract Work. The Committee will not sub-contract work that would normally be done by an employee of the bargaining unit, when any such employee in that job category is in a lay-off status.
