SUBCONTRACT CLAUSE. The Associated member or signed Contractor when subcontracting any portion of the on-site work within the jurisdiction of the Union, agrees he will not subcontract to any person, firm, or corporation, unless the aforesaid person, firm, or corporation performing the subcontracting work in question agrees to observe and be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
