Common use of Subconsultants and Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Subconsultants and Disbursements. For this Agreement, all reimbursable expenses are included with the Maximum Authorized Expenditure as set out in Schedule "B". Unless noted otherwise in Schedule "B", invoices for Subconsultant services and disbursements shall be paid by the City to the Consultant at actual cost without mark-up / with an X% mark-up. The Consultant shall be solely responsible for payment to Subconsultants and vendors of disbursement goods and services, and the City shall not be responsible or liable for any payments to Subconsultants and disbursement vendors.
