Common use of Subconcession Contract Clause in Contracts

Subconcession Contract. The Subconcession Contract has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by Melco Resorts Macau, and assuming due authorization, execution and delivery by the other parties thereto, constitutes a legal, valid and binding agreement of such parties, enforceable against Melco Resorts Macau in accordance with its terms, in each case, except as enforcement thereof may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent transfer, reorganization, moratorium and similar laws of general applicability relating to or affecting creditors’ rights and to general principles of equity.

Subconcession Contract. The Subconcession Contract has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by Melco Resorts Crown Macau, and assuming due authorization, execution and delivery by the other parties thereto, constitutes a legal, valid and binding agreement of such parties, enforceable against Melco Resorts Crown Macau in accordance with its terms, in each case, except as enforcement thereof may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent transfer, reorganization, moratorium and similar laws of general applicability relating to or affecting creditors’ rights and to general principles of equity.
