Sub-Ventures Sample Clauses

Sub-Ventures. The Venture Entity may itself enter into joint ventures for the purchase, assembly, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and finance of OPC Integrated Water/Power Systems in the Operating Territory and the marketing, sale and delivery of water and excess power produced by said systems. Any such sub-venture shall be organized and operated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Joint Venture Agreement and the Additional Documents and must be approved by both Affiliate and OPC.
