Sub-projects. 1. The Recipient shall appraise (or cause to be appraised), approve (or cause to be approved), and monitor (or cause to be monitored) the activities under Parts A.3(iv) and C.1(a)(i) of the Project, and administer the Sub-grants in accordance with the provisions and procedures set forth in this Section I.F and in more detail in the Project Manual of Procedures.
