SUB PROGRAM Clause Samples

The SUB PROGRAM clause defines the terms and conditions under which a smaller, subsidiary program operates within the framework of a larger agreement or main program. It typically outlines the scope, objectives, and responsibilities specific to the sub program, such as deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements that differ from or supplement the main program. This clause ensures that both parties clearly understand how the sub program integrates with the overall agreement, thereby preventing misunderstandings and facilitating effective management of multiple, related projects.
