Common use of Sub-Loop Clause in Contracts

Sub-Loop. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by PN, Verizon shall allow PN to access Sub-Loops unbundled from local switching and transport, in accordance with the terms of Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Sub-Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow PN access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Sub-Loop. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by PNIntrado Comm, Verizon shall allow PN Intrado Comm to access Sub-Loops unbundled from local switching and transport, transport in accordance with the terms of Verizon's ’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Sub-Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow PN Intrado Comm access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Sub-Loop. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by PNFirst Comm, Verizon shall allow PN First Comm to access Sub-Loops unbundled from local switching and transport, in accordance with the terms of Verizon's DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern Sub-Loops, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall allow PN First Comm access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Sub-Loop. Verizon shall allow PN Selectel access to Sub-Loops in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.
