Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow CBB to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow ECI to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.

To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow MHT to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.

To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow Talk America to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.

To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow WiMacTel to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. Notwithstanding anything set forth in the Terms, Verizon shall allow LightWave to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in applicable Verizon tariffs, as amended from time to time, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Supplemental Agreement No. 1 or the Terms, Verizon shall allow LightWave to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
Collocation in Remote Terminals. Notwithstanding anything set forth in this Agreement, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in VERIZON’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time. Notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement, VERIZON shall allow SPRINT to collocate equipment in a VERIZON remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
