Common use of Sub-Loop for Access to Multiunit Premises Clause in Contracts

Sub-Loop for Access to Multiunit Premises. All provisions in the Agreement governing RCN access to Inside Wire, House and Riser or House and Riser Cable are hereby deleted and replaced with this Section 3.3.1, which shall supersede any other provision in the Agreement. Subject to and without limiting Section 2 above, upon request by RCN, Verizon shall provide to RCN nondiscriminatory unbundled access to the Sub-Loop for Multiunit Premises Access, regardless of the capacity level or type of loop that RCN seeks to provision for its customer, in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b) and the Arbitration Orders.
