Common use of SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. The INSTITUTION and/or the INVESTIGATOR may not assign this Agreement or its obligations hereunder, nor may contract with third parties to perform any of its obligations hereunder, without the SPONSOR's prior written consent. SPONSOR may assign this Agreement or its obligations hereunder or may contract with third parties to perform any of its obligations hereunder. In such case SPONSOR shall inform INSTITUTION thereof in writing within a reasonable period of time.
