SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. Complete sub-contracting is forbidden. The Supplier cannot partially subcontract or assign the Order without the prior written agreement of the Company. Having recourse to sub-contracting does not release the Supplier from any of its obligations to the Company.
SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. Neither Party may assign this Agreement or its obligations hereunder, nor may contract with third parties to perform any of its obligations hereunder, without the other Party's prior written consent which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. However, SPONSOR shall have the right, upon prior written notice to INSTITUTION, to assign this Agreement to any of its affiliates, to a contract research organization in connection with the transfer of SPONSOR’s obligations or in connection with a merger or other corporate reorganization, or otherwise in connection with a transfer of all of SPONSOR's assets that bear on the Study Drug.

SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. (i) Except in respect of goods and services bought or procured in the normal course of the Seller's business no work under the contract shall be sub-let without CU Phosco's written consent. A copy of the Seller's sub- order should in all cases be sent to CU Phosco at the time it is placed. (ii) The Seller shall not assign any of his rights or obligations under the contract without CU Phosco's written consent.

SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. The Supplier shall not sub-contract the whole or any part of the performance, provision, supply and delivery of the Goods/Services to any other person without the written consent of the Company.
SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT a) The Company may sub-contract any of the Services provided under these conditions, to our registered partners as listed in Annex 2 without prior information to or approval from the Client. All other companies are subject to the prior Client’s information. In the event of such a sub-contract, the Company shall remain fully liable for the due performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions. b) Without written consent of the Company the Client is not entitled to carry out or order to carry out work on or to the Vessel or other goods on or adjacent to the Company’s location for Execution of the Assigned Project, other than daily routine work of the Vessel’s permanent crew. c) This Agreement may not be assigned in whole or in part by the Client without the specific written approval of a director of the Company which will not be unreasonably withheld.
SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. 3.3.1 This Contract is personal to the Provider and the Provider shall not except as otherwise provided in this Contract assign or sub contract this Contract or any part of it or any individual Order or any rights or obligations there under without the Authority's previous consent in writing. Such consent shall be in the absolute discretion of the Authority and if given shall not relieve the Provider from any liability or obligation under the Contract and the Provider shall be responsible for the acts, default or neglect of any such contractors, its employees or agents in all respects. 3.3.2 The Provider shall ensure that sufficient trained and experienced permanent staff are employed by it to provide the Service at all times and to only engage staff from another Provider in exceptional circumstances. In such circumstances the Planning and Commissioning Manager must be notified within 24 hours of such staff being utilised in the provision of the Services. The Provider shall remain responsible for any acts, defaults or neglect of any such staff or employees so engaged. 3.3.3 Support Workers employed by the Provider shall not at any time during the provision of the Service be the employees, servants or agents of the Authority and the Authority shall have no liability for their acts and omissions. 3.3.4 In respect of any staff employed from an agency the Provider must satisfy itself regarding the employment practices of the agency and ensure that staff employees on this basis have appropriate training and experience.
SUB-CONTRACTING - ASSIGNMENT. 37.1. The Contractor will not, without the written consent of the Town, make any assignment or any subcontract for the execution of any goods and services hereby proposed.
