Common use of Sub-Consultants' Relations Clause in Contracts

Sub-Consultants' Relations. 3.1.1 All services provided by the Sub-Consultant shall be pursuant to appropriate Agreements between the Project Consultant and the Sub-Consultants which shall contain provisions that preserve and protect the rights of the Owner and the Project Consultant under this Agreement. All such Agreements shall provide that the Project Consultant may assign or transfer to Owner any and all claims or causes of action which the Project Consultant has or may have against a Sub-Consultant as a result of or relating to any acts of omission or commission of that Sub-Consultant.
