Common use of Sub-Agreements Clause in Contracts

Sub-Agreements. i) All sub-agreements must contain the assurances of Rider B, ▇▇▇▇▇ D, and Rider I of this Agreement; ii) All sub-agreements must be signed and delivered to the Department’s Agreement Administrator within five (5) business days following the execution date of the sub-agreement. iii) See Rider B Section 5.

Sub-Agreements. i) 1. All sub-agreements must contain the assurances enumerated in Sections 10, 11, and 12 of Rider B, B and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ D▇, and Rider I of this Agreement▇, ▇, ▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇; ii) 2.
