Style and Specifications Sample Clauses

The Style and Specifications clause defines the standards, requirements, and detailed criteria that goods, services, or works must meet under a contract. It typically outlines the precise materials, dimensions, performance benchmarks, or aesthetic qualities expected, and may reference industry standards or specific client instructions. By clearly setting out these expectations, the clause ensures that deliverables conform to agreed-upon quality and functionality, reducing the risk of disputes over whether contractual obligations have been met.
