Study Process. Repower Requests will consist of an environmental study as set forth in Section 14.5.1 and may consist of two additional studies: (1) A system impact study for the Repower Request (Repower Impact Study) as set forth in Section 14.5.2, and (2) a Facilities Study for the Repower Request (Repower Facilities Study) as set forth in Section 14.5.3.
