Common use of Studies Clause in Contracts

Studies. After receipt by all the Owners of a valid request for small generator interconnection, NorthWestern Energy, as the designated operator, will perform the studies as set forth in its SGIP on behalf of all the Owners. Each such study will be performed pursuant to a single agreement among all the Owners and the customer. NorthWestern Energy, as the designated operator, will negotiate all applicable terms of any study agreement on behalf of the Owners.

Each such study will be performed pursuant to a single agreement among all the Owners and the customer. NorthWestern Energy, as the designated operator, will negotiate all applicable terms of any study agreement on behalf of the Owners.
