Student Recruitment Enrollment and Attendance. 2.5.1 The Charter School shall make student recruitment, admissions, enrollment and retention decisions in a nondiscriminatory manner and without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, sex, marital status, religion, ancestry, disability, need for special education services or status as credit-deficient. In no event may the Charter School limit admission based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, disability, income level, athletic ability, status as credit-deficient or proficiency in the English language, except as authorized by NRS 388A.453(9).
