Structure and application of the Individual. Employment Agreement a) The total remuneration of an IEA employee (including salary, superannuation and any short term incentive payment) will be in satisfaction of all of the following terms of this Agreement: • Clause 11 – Salaries and Allowances (excluding clause 11.6 Salary Sacrifice) • Clause 17 – Hours and Work Patterns – Day Workers • Clause 18 – Extended Work Pattern Flexibility • Clause 20 – Overtime • Clause 22 – Meal Breaks – Day Work (only in respect of any additional payment) • Clause 23 – Higher Grade Work and Pay • Clause 32 – Standby and “On Call” • Clause 33 – Working Away from Headquarters • Clause 34 – Travelling Time and Fares For the avoidance of doubt, the terms above will not apply to an IEA employee. Otherwise, all other clauses of this Agreement apply to an IEA employee. b) An IEA employee will only work their ordinary hours of work between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and when working additional hours, will not be required to work more than 50 hours per week, averaged over a period of 4 weeks. c) An IEA employee’s total remuneration will be reviewed annually, and may be adjusted taking into account factors such as the individual’s and overall business performance, market rates for similar positions, economic factors and changes in responsibility. d) Further, the total remuneration of an IEA employee will compensate for, and not be less than, the applicable salary point rate, any applicable allowances and superannuation contributions that the employee would have otherwise received under clause 11 of this Agreement for working the hours outlined at (b) of this subclause above.. e) TransGrid commits that organisational restructures will not be used as a mechanism to force an IEA on employees.
