STRUCTURAL AND SERVICES CONDITION. We were not instructed to undertake any structural surveys, test the services or arrange for any investigations to be carried out to determine whether any deleterious materials have been used in the construction of the property. Our valuation has therefore been undertaken on the basis that the property was in satisfactory repair and condition and contains no deleterious materials and that services function satisfactorily.
