Strike Notice. In the event the parties cannot reach a new Agreement, the Lodge and its members shall have the right to mediation, fact finding and to strike in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4117. The parties agree to schedule the issuance of the fact finder’s report to allow timely review by the College’s board of trustees at a regularly scheduled meeting.
