Strike Notice. In the event the parties cannot reach a new Agreement, the Union and its members shall have the right to mediation, fact-finding and to strike in accordance with the Provisions of chapter 4117 of the Revised Code, the parties agree to schedule issuance of the fact finder’s report to allow a timely review by the board of trustees at a regularly scheduled meeting.
