Strict Obligations. Anhui Power's obligations under this Contract are strict obligations. Anhui Power shall not be relieved from any of its obligations under this Contract by reason of any exercise or non-exercise, or delay in exercise, by the Joint Venture of any or all of its powers or rights under this Contract.
