Stress Testing Frequency Clause Samples
The 'Stress Testing Frequency' clause defines how often stress tests must be conducted on a system, process, or financial portfolio to assess its resilience under adverse conditions. Typically, this clause specifies a set interval—such as quarterly or annually—at which comprehensive evaluations are performed, and may outline the types of scenarios or parameters to be tested. By establishing a regular schedule for stress testing, the clause ensures ongoing risk assessment and helps identify vulnerabilities early, thereby supporting proactive risk management and regulatory compliance.
