Street Sweeper Operator. An employee who is engaged in the operation and routine maintenance of a self-propelled street sweeper. The employee’s background of training and experience shall be such as to qualify the employee to perform the employee’s duties safely with skill and efficiency.
Street Sweeper Operator. The normal hours of work for employees operating the Street Sweeper shall be as follows: Shift 1 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with one-half (½) hour for lunch, Monday to Friday inclusive. Shift 2 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (next morning) with one-half (½) hour for lunch, Sunday to Thursday inclusive. Shift 3 Relief Operator - two shifts per week, 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (next morning) with one-half (½) hour for lunch, Friday and Saturday. Labourer 2 - three shifts per week, normal hours per Article 17.2
