Streaming. Content streamed over the Internet, cable or closed IPTV systems shall be encrypted. Playback of licensed content shall be limited to the Catch-up window specified in the Licensee agreement. This copy may neither be saved to permanent memory, nor transferred to another device. In addition to the foregoing requirements, all HD content is subject to the following set of content protection requirements:
