Purchaser shall walk a machine from 9+86 of the SK-1903 up the SK-1903-03 and SK- 1903-01 to 4+75 and restore the stream to its natural channel.  Specified Rock Depth is FINISHED COMPACTED DEPTH in inches.  Specified Rock Quantity is LOOSE MEASURE (Truck Cubic Yards) needed to accomplish specified FINISHED COMPACTED DEPTH.
