Storm Water Quality. Protection of the quality in nearby waters and wetlands is a primary goal of the City. Owner and Developers shall be required to abide by all provisions of federal, state laws and regulations, and local rules and regulations (including but not limited to City Ordinances), now or in the future, and including those established by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, the South Carolina Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, and their successors for the handling of storm water, provided that such future regulations shall only apply to future development on the Property which has not been permitted and/or developed at the time such regulations are adopted. Further provisions regarding Storm Water are included within the PDD Standards.
