Storm Sewers, Inlets, and Appurtenances. All storm sewers, inlets, and appurtenances constructed within Dedicated Street right(s)-of-way or easements within the Development Area, as shown in Exhibit F, attached hereto.
Storm Sewers, Inlets, and Appurtenances. One hundred percent (100%) of the Entire Cost of all storm sewers, inlets, and appurtenances shall be borne by general obligation of DISTRICT or privately financed by DEVELOPER, except that the Cost differential for the portion of the storm sewer in excess of a forty-eight inch (48”) inside diameter shall be specially assessed against the Property Specially Benefited within the Development Area, excluding any Property Specially Benefited outside the corporate limits of DISTRICT, or privately financed by DEVELOPER. Difference in Cost shall include a proportionate share of the entire Cost. For improved channels, the Cost of constructing the channel and appurtenances shall be considered as the Cost of storm sewer in excess of a forty- eight inch (48”) inside diameter. Culvert crossings perpendicular to street center lines shall be borne by general obligation of DISTRICT for a length not exceeding the width of the right-of-way, plus six (6) times the vertical distance between the centerline of the pavement and the invert elevation of the box culvert.
