Standards for Private Improvements and Public Improvements. DEVELOPER, DISTRICT, and their respective successors and assigns, as applicable, shall cause all Private Improvements and Public Improvements to be acquired, constructed, and installed, as applicable, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
