Stored Value Cards Sample Clauses

The Stored Value Cards clause governs the issuance, use, and management of prepaid cards or similar instruments that hold a monetary value for purchases. It typically outlines how these cards can be loaded with funds, where and how they may be redeemed, and any restrictions or expiration dates that may apply. This clause ensures both parties understand the terms under which stored value cards are provided and used, helping to prevent disputes over card validity, usage limits, or liability for lost or stolen cards.
