Store Hosting. 1.2.1 Prior to the Transition, AEC shall host and maintain the Store. In this regard, Company shall provide AEC with one or more servers (which shall remain the property of Company and be returned to Company as part of the Transition) to be used for workload balancing and redundancy for the Store. AEC shall use its current, recently upgraded T1 line to support the Store.
