Storage Media. (a) The Customer must pay to its suppliers, and must defend, indemnify and hold harmless Americold against, all charges for any Storage Media supplied by the Customer or the Customer's Personnel for use in relation to the Services and must comply with the lawful requirements and regulations of its various suppliers. (b) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agreed to the contrary in writing by an authorised officer of Americold, Americold will not exchange Storage Media.
