Common use of Storage Capacity Clause in Contracts

Storage Capacity. Seller shall at all times provide storage at the Plant for Ethanol, in an amount not to exceed ten (10) days of the Seller's estimated Ethanol product on, which is estimated to be 1.5 million gallons.
