Union Access to Premises Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.
Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.
Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.
DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.
