Common use of Storage and Crane Fees Clause in Contracts

Storage and Crane Fees. Lessee agrees to pay upon execution of the Agreement the fees indicated for the storage and/or crane or ramp use. Lessee shall not place the boat on the premises or use the crane or ramp until all fees are paid in full and a DIYC parking/use permit is affixed to the boat and/or trailer.
