Stop Work Order. (a) Seller shall stop Work for up to ninety (90) days in accordance with the terms of any written notice received from Buyer, or for such longer period of time as the Parties may agree and shall take all reasonable steps to minimize the incurrence of costs allocable to the Work covered by this Contract during the period of Work stoppage.
