Common use of Stop Transfer Order Clause in Contracts

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, the Shareholder hereby authorizes and instructs the Company to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Shareholder’s Shares for the period from the date hereof through the term of this Agreement (as contemplated in Section 8), except as otherwise provided for in Section 2(a) hereof. The Company agrees that it shall comply with such stop transfer instructions.

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, the Shareholder hereby authorizes and instructs the Company Cornerstone to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Shareholder’s Shares for the period from the date hereof through the term of date this Agreement (as contemplated is terminated in accordance with Section 8)9, except as otherwise provided for in Section 2(a) hereof. The Company Cornerstone agrees that it shall comply with such stop transfer instructions.

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, the each Shareholder hereby authorizes and instructs the Company Seller to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the such Shareholder’s Shares for the period from the date hereof through the term of this Agreement (as contemplated in Section 8), except as otherwise provided for in Section 2(a) hereof. The Company Seller agrees that it shall comply with such stop transfer instructions.

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, the Shareholder hereby authorizes and instructs the Company Focus to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Shareholder’s Shares for the period from the date hereof through the term of this Agreement (as contemplated through the date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 8), except as otherwise provided for in Section 2(a) hereof9. The Company Focus agrees that it shall comply with such stop transfer instructions.

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, the Shareholder hereby authorizes and instructs the Company PBB to instruct its transfer agent, if any, to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Shareholder’s Shares for the period from the date hereof through the term of date this Agreement (as contemplated is terminated in accordance with Section 8), except as otherwise provided for in Section 2(a) hereof. The Company agrees that it shall comply with such stop transfer instructions7.

Stop Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, as soon as practicable after the date hereof, each Shareholder hereby authorizes and instructs the Company to instruct its transfer agent to enter a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Shareholder’s Shares for the period from the date hereof through the term date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 8 and such Shareholder agrees that this Agreement places limits on the voting of the Shares subject to the provisions of this Agreement (as contemplated in Section 8), except as otherwise provided for in Section 2(a) hereof.
